FAQS

  • What if I can't attend every zoom meeting?
    That is not a problem, a recording of the meeting will be available for viewing within a week of the presentation. We do recommend attending the Live meetings, it's much more interactive for you and you can ask Kiyah Wright questions in real time.
  • What if the dates and times available don't work for my schedule?
    We recommend subscribing to our mailing list and you will be notified of new programs and master classes as they are announced. We will make every possible effort to schedule meetings on days and times most people will have free.
  • Can I get a refund?
    There are NO refunds, but you can reschedule up to a week before the start of the first class in the cycle. There is no rescheduling within a week of the class cycle starting. Email us at meriden@muzeagency.com for rescheduling.
  • Can I make payments in installments/payment plan?
    Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a payment plan. We're hoping to change that in the future. .
  • Will I be able to communicate with Kiyah Wright outside of program/class?
    You can always email Kiyah Wright a question at meriden@muzeagency.com We prefer you do it during the program/class, but she will answer most questions pertaining to the business.
  • What if I'm running late for a meeting?
    You will have up to 15 minutes to join the zoom meeting. No one will be admitted after the first 15 minutes. Should you be later than 15 minutes, you will still have access to the zoom recording which will be available within 3 days of the meeting.
